Click here to open the C.C.H.R.A. membership application in your browser so you can print it or right click on the link then click on “save target as” to download the application to your computer. When you right click and “save file as” you will be asked where you want to save the file. We recommend you save it to your desktop for easy retreaval later.
The application is in a .pdf format and will open on both mac and pc computers. You will need the free acrobat reader available at http://adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html If you don’t allready have the acrobat reader installed on your computer we recommend you download and install it before opening the membership application.
